Lee, all of this was hard enough to read--I can't imagine what it was like to live through all of it. I hope the visit to your brother's gravesite is a good one. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

Hi, Lee. Haven't heard from you since you asked if you could help with my writing and getting me published.

This isn't a complaint. Especially after reading "20 Years Ago...".

I think simply reading your work might just be what I need to help perfect my style. I know I'm getting too deeply involved in politics and making my opinions heard. However, I've been receiving more LIkes than I ever dreamed of getting, on my own Substack posts and those of others.

I also have two annual paid subscriptions to brag about.

At any rate, your story here is too realistic to be fiction. I also have to see it as one or the other just so I can imagine fiction being amazingly nonfiction.
